Q: Who can register for a Pod for Brand USA Global Marketplace?
A: Registration is open to any of the following in the business of promoting leisure travel to the USA: destinations, regional marketing organisations, hotels or hotel groups, transportation services (e.g. car hire rental, RV rental companies etc.) and receptive tour operators. U.S. partners with multiple locations (e.g. shopping malls) should register once and will be placed in the relevant USA Partner Pavilion (e.g. attractions).
Q: If a U.S. partner is not able to register by the deadline, can the partner join the Brand USA Global Marketplace at a later date?
A: Registration will reopen after Brand USA Travel Week Europe 2020 has taken place. If the number of partners who registered initially surpasses 150, they will be placed on a waitlist until after Brand USA Travel Week Europe 2020 has taken place.
Q: For U.S. partners that do not commit to Brand USA Global Marketplace are there shadowing opportunities?
A: Guest access will not be possible for Brand USA Global Marketplace.
Q: Would state and regional partners be able to underwrite the costs for their partners?
A: Yes, a state or a regional can help underwrite the cost for each destination. Brand USA will work with each state on this.
Q: Is Brand USA Global Marketplace available in multiple languages?
A: The Brand USA Global Marketplace will be available only in English initially.
Q: How will Brand USA be sharing reporting and/or analytics with U.S. partners?
A: Brand USA will be sharing reporting analytics after June 30, 2021.
Q: Will it be possible to see the European buyers who sign up to the Brand USA Global Marketplace and Brand USA Travel Week Europe 2020?
A: The European buyers signed up for Brand USA Global Marketplace and Brand USA Travel Week Europe 2020 will be shared in September / October when the appointment matchmaking system opens. European buyers will be recruited from the companies present last year and others.
European buyers from other international markets will be available via the buyer directory in due course once the Brand USA Global Marketplace has been opened to other international markets.
Q: Can Brand USA U.S. partners leverage the Brand USA Global Marketplace for their own virtual events, trade shows and so on?

A: Brand USA Travel Week Europe 2021 is due to take place physically at County Hall, London, United Kingdom from Monday, October 25 to Thursday, October 28, 2021. Brand USA Travel Week Europe 2022 is due to take place in Frankfurt, Germany.
